軟裝設(shè)計(jì)及軟裝飾工程操作流程 初步洽談： 了解客戶所需服務(wù)， 告之客戶公司情況及相關(guān)服務(wù)內(nèi)容， 與之初步溝通設(shè)計(jì)理念， 確定大體意向。 ↓ 收取設(shè)計(jì)定金：根據(jù)服務(wù)內(nèi)容收取定金（此環(huán)節(jié)可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況確認(rèn)） 。 ↓ 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)量：現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行房屋勘測(cè)，包括：尺寸、各結(jié)構(gòu)位置（窗、暖氣等等） ，并進(jìn)行拍照作 為后期應(yīng)用及完工對(duì)比。 ↓ 設(shè)計(jì)方案初稿： （2個(gè)工作日、 5 個(gè)工作日） 第一步：平面設(shè)計(jì)方案：包括：原始結(jié)構(gòu)圖（各電路開關(guān)、暖氣、地面鋪設(shè)等硬裝各結(jié)構(gòu)） 、 平面功能布局； （應(yīng)注意模型尺寸與實(shí)際家具的尺寸，別造成設(shè)計(jì)誤差，導(dǎo)致購買家具不合 適） 第二步：定風(fēng)格：結(jié)合硬裝、客戶需求（房地產(chǎn)要根據(jù)銷售對(duì)象） 、市場(chǎng)調(diào)查、流行趨勢(shì)等； 第三步：定家具：注意尺寸以及家具之間與空隙的關(guān)系； 第四步：定制家具：衣帽間 儲(chǔ)物間等的設(shè)計(jì)方案； 第五步：窗簾、床品樣式及風(fēng)格設(shè)計(jì)； 第六步：墻面處理設(shè)計(jì)； 第七步
