主要運輸線路軌道鋪設(shè)標準 根據(jù)煤礦《安全規(guī)程》及行業(yè)管理要求，以及煤礦窄軌鐵道維修質(zhì)量及 檢查評級標準，制定本礦主要運輸線路軌道鋪設(shè)標準。 1. 軌道中心線符合要求，偏差不得大于± 50mm；在曲線段內(nèi)應(yīng)設(shè)置軌距拉 桿，軌枕間距偏差不大于± 50mm。 2. 軌距標準為 600mm，上偏差不得大于 +5mm，下偏差不得大于 -2mm，彎道 要求平滑無硬彎。鋪設(shè)窄軌曲線需將軌距加寬、 外軌抬高。加寬量 10mm， 遞減率 1%，外軌抬高 20mm，順軌率 1%。 3. 扣件必須統(tǒng)一、齊全、緊固有效且與軌型相符。接頭平整，間隙不得大 于 5mm，高低和左右錯差不得大于 2mm。夾板不得反裝，螺栓一正一反 交互安裝。 4. 道釘數(shù)量齊全，釘頂錘痕呈豆形，無浮、離、扭、彎、仰、俯、磨八害 現(xiàn)象。 5. 軌道接頭間隙不大于 5mm。直線段應(yīng)對接，相對錯距不大于 50mm。 6. 直線段兩條鋼軌頂面的
